Adaguyedi refers to the soul in love and was shot with the assistance of fellow artist Desere Pressey near the waters of the Bow river within Calgary's Bowmont Natural Environment Park. The artist's body blends beautifully within the root system, suggesting the shape of a heart in repose. Loving others demands that we root ourselves in the love of our creator, resting in the peace only he can provide. It is our highest calling as human beings and the most arduous, beautiful and incredible journey we can take.
